Eurodesk & the European Commission continue their close collaboration in view of the upcoming EU elections! In a meeting with Eurodesk Executive Committee, EBL Director Audrey Frith and representatives of the European Commission’s DG Education and Culture (EAC), Eurodesk outlined its support to the EU target of at least 20% of all learners with fewer opportunities benefiting from learning mobility abroad (Europe on the Move, 2023) and the Inclusion and Diversity strategy of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes.

Guide on Inclusive Communication

The Eurodesk Guide on Inclusive Digital Communication in Youth Information Services is designed to assist individuals working with/for young people in creating more inclusive and accessible youth information. It encompasses fundamental principles for developing inclusive and accessible information and communication, drawing from best practices of organisations committed to fostering a more inclusive world.

Erasmus+ Calls 2024

With a budget of €4.3 billion, Erasmus+ will continue to support transnational opportunities of school pupils, students in higher education and vocational education and training as well as adult learners, educators and staff, and young people in non-formal learning programmes.

European Solidarity Corps Calls 2024

In 2024, the programme will have a budget of €145 million to support young people in the EU and beyond engaging in solidarity activities. The funding model has been adjusted to increase grant amounts in response to inflation, and incentives for green travel are also included.

Public consultation

The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the European Solidarity Corps, an evaluation of current and former programmes.
