Europe Day commemorates the signing of the 'Schuman Declaration' on 9 May 1950. The Declaration aimed to secure long-term peace in Europe and is considered to have represented the foundation of the EU. Lots of activities and events are taking place online and on-site across the EU and everybody is more than welcome to take part. |
