Montenegro joins Eurodesk
|
|
During the Spring Network Meeting, Eurodesk welcomed a new member! Eurodesk Montenegro is the 37th country where Eurodesk is present, inspiring young people to fulfill their potential. The coordination of Eurodesk in Montenegro will be the responsibility of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Montenegro which will work tiresslessly to promote youth programmes in the country.

4 - 5 April: Council Conclusions
|
|
EU Ministers for Education, Youth, Culture and Sport (EYCS) took stock of the preparedness of EU education systems to respond to crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic or the war in Ukraine. They adopted a recommendation for even more effective European higher education cooperation and a recommendation on the mobility of young volunteers across the EU.

DiscoverEU first application round of 2022
|
|
The latest round of applications to win one of the 35,000 travel passes was open in April for those born between 1 July 2003 and 30 June 2004. This edition includes many novelties as DiscoverEU is part of the Erasmus+ family and new countries have been added!

EP new programmes named after President Sassoli
|
|
The programmes will help the participants to gain relevant experience and enrich the European media sector while ensuring editorial freedom the two new programmes have been named after President Sassoli. The first programme consists of a one-year working period in EU-based media outlets and the second programme consists of new training sessions for young journalists.

From Information to Mobility... Eliza's story
|
|
Eurodesk Poland has launched the second promotional video to encourage young people to take the chance on European mobility opportunities.
Whereas in the first video Kevin shared his experience volunteering in Cyprus, this time Eliza shares her views on how participating in a youth exchange in Rabka, Poland changed her life. She shows how meeting Eurodesk services was a decisive element for her to embark on this adventure and encourages every youngster, regardless where they live, to make the most of these opportunities.
